How it works

Connect vendor data.
Standardise it. Report on it.

What you need to provide, what Temporall does, and what your leaders receive. Start with an agreed review; keep the reporting current when you subscribe.

Step 01 · Agree scope

Start with the decision you need to make.

You provide
Tell us which AI tools your organisation uses and the questions you want answered.
Temporall does
Confirm the available data sources, the starting-review scope and its fixed price before work begins.
You leave with
An agreed scope: what is included, what is not, and the people who will receive the reports.
How this step fits together
01Your AI tools
02Your business questions
03Agreed review scope

Step 02 · Approve access

Your administrators control the connections.

You provide
Approve read-only enterprise access to the vendors in scope and name the people who can use Temporall.
Temporall does
Bring the available vendor data into Work Graph, sync user directory, and normalise your AI reporting.
You leave with
A connected view of the agreed sources. Nothing is installed on laptops or browser extensions.

Step 03 · Read the evidence

See what the data supports, and what it does not.

You provide
Review the findings in the context of your teams, their roles and how you expect them to use AI.
Temporall does
Present AI adoption, proficiency, licence observations and cost within the agreed scope. The starting review is planned for one to two weeks.
You leave with
Evidence for AI adoption, proficiency and cost utilisation.

Step 04 · Choose what follows

The report is a starting point.

You provide
Decide which findings need action and which ongoing plan suits your organisation.
Temporall does
With an agreed Pro or Enterprise subscription, keep the connected data current and provide reporting for your leaders. Pro covers AI Adoption; Enterprise adds AI Governance.
You leave with
A recurring view of what changed after training, licence decisions, GenAI and Agent deployments.

Before we connect anything

A clear boundary
around the data.

Coverage depends on the enterprise product, permissions and data each vendor makes available. We agree that scope first rather than imply we can see unconnected tools or every employee action.

Which sources can we discuss?

Microsoft 365 and Copilot, Claude for Work, Google Workspace and Gemini, and ChatGPT Enterprise. Your account edition and available telemetry determine the connection scope.

What access is required?

Read-only vendor access approved by your administrators. User directories, HR or business-system connections are agreed explicitly.

What is not collected from devices?

No browser extensions, desktop agents, screenshots or keystroke logging.
