Evidence supports governance.
It does not replace it.
You set the AI policy, determine risk and own the accuracy of what you report.
AI literacy and Article 4
Providers and deployers must take measures to support the development of AI literacy among relevant staff and others using AI on their behalf. The obligation has applied since February 2025. Temporall records each measure, attendance and how proficiency moved afterwards.
What the platform does not decide
Risk classification, legal compliance and provider obligations are not determined by usage analytics. The platform provides evidence for review.
Compliance starts with the official requirements.
The EU AI Act and the European Commission’s guidance are the authoritative sources. Read them alongside your legal advisers before setting your programme.
