What's new in Workbench - May 22(1200 × 627px)

We recently released our May updates to Workbench.

This week, we proudly announced our ISO 27001 certification.

ISO 27001 is the international marker of information security best practices and we’re thrilled that our development and delivery of Workbench has received this validation.

As well as this, a number of key platform updates have been released to ensure that we continue meeting the analytics and insight needs of our customers and partners.

1. Announcing ISO 27001 certification

Security and compliance has always been a serious matter for us.

Workbench features including user management controls, data thresholds and automatic anonymisation of employees names are testament to this.

We’re therefore proud to have recently announced our ISO 27001 certification.

ISO 27001 validates our commitment to information security best practices for the development and delivery of our workplace analytics platform.

The audit assessed our incident, risk and employee management, security of software development, and the management of data from third parties–something that sits at the very heart of our work.

2. Get smart about Channel analytics

Dive into the details of your public Channels.

We have added Channel select into the Workbench intelligence panel. This is designed to bring you more in-depth Channel insights faster.

It allows you to assess the activity, response times, sentiment etc. of a select group of channels.

Perhaps you have a dedicated onboarding channel and want to explore the activity of your new hires to ensure they’re integrating and communicating effectively while working remotely.

Now – you can start exploring within seconds.

3. Visualise when your company is active

We hear a lot about the third peak, back-to-back meetings pushing people to work into the evenings and the ‘always on’ nature of remote working.

Workbench’s improved violin graphs show you how true this is in your digital HQ.

The recent update adjusts the violin size throughout the chart relative to each other rather than at each individual violin. This allows for an easier visual comparison of your company’s activity.

It just keeps getting better.

Workbench is updated every month in order to meet the needs of our clients and partners.

Our rapid pace of software engineering ensures that they are able to harness real-time workplace analytics and leading insights designed for the evolving future of work, on a centralised, easy-to-use platform.
