Temporall is delighted to announce that Bijan Bedroud has joined the team as an investor and board member.
With over 30 years of enterprise software experience and expertise, Bijan will help Temporall accelerate our growth as leaders in Culture Analytics and will support the board and wider team with the strategy for the business. This investment signals the first step in the next phase of our journey to continued success and growth.
Bijan is an accomplished senior executive with experience in all areas of revenue and profit generation for technology organisations. He is currently Chief Revenue Officer at Emarsys, the largest independent marketing platform company in the world. Here he is responsible for Emarsys’ global commercial business, overseeing customer satisfaction initiatives and driving sustained revenue growth.
Prior to Emarsys, Bijan was at Adobe, where he was the Vice President and Managing Director, Northern Europe, Middle East and Africa and took the business from $120 million to $600 million in five years. Before this, his role in the senior leadership team at Eloqua enabled him to successfully scale the business, leading to an IPO and acquisition by Oracle in 2012 for $957 million.
“I am a huge advocate of investing in people and developing a high-performance organisational culture for continued growth and success. Culture is becoming more and more of a priority in most successful organisations, and I truly believe Temporall is positioned well to be a leader and potentially creating a ‘Digital Culture’ category in the IT industry”, said Bijan.
“I am thrilled to be working with Bijan, he brings serious additional commercial and general management muscle to Temporall. Bijan will help us develop our strategy, to win new clients, to develop our partner ecosystem, and continue to build our culture analytics platform. We are now in an incredibly exciting phase of our company’s growth”, said Thomas Davies, Founder and CEO at Temporall.
