Organisational Scientist Organisational Science London

In the role of Director, Organisational Science you will report to the CEO to lead a number of critical areas
of the business.

Key areas of focus and impact

  • Support optimisation of Temporall’s Culture Workbench platform and Expert Services; strategy,
    design, execution
  • Client Board / Executive level discussions to help understand required outcomes and business
    needs from engagement
  • Client-side consulting as part of the Expert Services team to implement Culture byDesign
    methodology
  • Leading and working with Temporall partner delivery teams
  • Development of Leadership and Manager solutions and offerings
  • Partner executive discussions to support local and international growth
  • Public-speaking in both technology and wider industries
  • Publication of thought leadership
  • Support company communications
  • Advise on internal talent acquisition and development processes and growth

Your core skills

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or MA/MSC in a relevant field (Organisational Psychology, Occupational
    Psychology)
  • 5-10 years experience in Enterprise Technology (Hardware, Software, Consulting) and Consumer
  • Knowledge in areas including organisational culture, organisational development, wellbeing,
    performance management, leadership development
  • In tune with the latest research in this field and ability to translate insight into action
  • Experience in consumer insights functions with understanding of consumer & brand behaviour
  • Track-record of creating and implementing high-impact and innovative programmes for clients
  • Experience of working internationally
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders of all levels especially at Board /
    Executive
  • Naturally self-directed, adaptable and able to work at pace
  • Public speaking, storytelling and analytic skills

Behavioural Scientist Expert Services London
