What are your priorities for the year ahead?
2020 ripped up the rule book. Traditional leadership styles were challenged, remote-first working became the norm and what we previously valued came to be questioned. People called it the greatest workforce experiment in history.
The year ahead looks set to be one of further change, and potentially one of opportunity for businesses across the world. But the way that work happens and organisations grasp opportunity has dramatically changed.
We’re conducting research into which aspects of organisational effectiveness are the most important to leaders in 2021, and we need your insight. We want to understand what your key priorities are this year – and most importantly, why?
Conducted by Temporall Labs, with the support of London Business School Professor Julian Birkinshaw, our research will take the temperature of the current thoughts and feelings of leadership across the world.
