Introducing Living Systems to the Temporall Partner ecosystem
Living Systems exists to help clients adapt and thrive in the age of disruption. They have developed a unique approach for leading complex transformation and building collective agility in complex, social systems – which they call Connected Intelligence. It balances planned and emergent change and recognises organisations not simply as assets, employees and structures – but as dynamic organisms that have the capacity for self-organisation, creativity and resilience. Their work reimagines organisational change, transforms collaboration and revitalises the role of leadership.
Living Systems has joined the Temporall Partner ecosystem as a Business Partner.
In the partnership, Living Systems will use Temporall’s Organisational Intelligence platform, Workbench to extend and enhance their existing service offerings in organisational change, team development and leadership development.
Workbench adds organisational analytics capabilities that will amplify Living Systems’ existing core competencies: organisational change, group dynamics and personal growth. The consultancy will utilise Workbench, techniques like Organisation Network Analysis and enterprise integrations to generate key insights and make meaningful recommendations to clients, helping them to improve Connected Intelligence and drive impactful transformation in an age of disruption.
