During my 20 years in the technology industry, including the last 10 at Google, I have repeatedly seen companies try to solve some of their most pressing challenges by focusing their efforts on technology. In my opinion, for many, this has not led to the transformational benefit they had hoped for. The transient business environment of today, with external forces, internal inertia and constant distraction only makes these challenges harder to overcome.

My personal philosophy is that people always come first, and always will. The right people with the right mindset can achieve great things. Technology is a critical enabler that sits around people and organisational considerations.

I have been fortunate enough to meet and work with a team of people I both admire and who share my philosophy about the importance of both people and organisational culture. Together we are excited to announce the launch of Temporall.

Temporall, is a new forward-thinking executive advisory and technology company. We help our clients close the gap from where they are and where they want to be.
